WILD GEESE TREE CARE SERVICES

Services: Services

TREE TRIMMING AND FINE PRUNING

Trimming and pruning is often desirable or necessary to maintain safety, improve tree structure and health, satisfy customer goals, and make a tree more aesthetically pleasing. Tree Pruning and trimming can include the removal of deadwood or be used as preventative tree care by removing excessive weight out of the tree or thinning the tree to remove the sail.

TREE REMOVAL

No tree is too large or small to be safely removed, leaving behind open space in its place.

PLANT HEALTH CARE

We specialize in identification and treatment of most insect and disease problems your trees may be experiencing.
Our strategy is proactive with an emphasis on tree health rather than a reactive response to symptoms of problems. We offer no-cost consultations to identify any tree health care concerns. When a pest or disease has been identified, our strategy for management of tree problems include cultural, biological and, when necessary, chemical treatment options. Often we will recommend a combination of these strategies to obtain the most thorough, long lasting results. We use environmentally friendly products whenever possible including 100% organic Compost Teas and treatments.

24 HOUR EMERGENCY RESPONSE & STORM CLEANUP

Storm damage can be caused by strong winds, soil saturated from excessive rain, ice and/or heavy snow fall. Our Tree Service will respond quickly, with professional, experienced arborists to handle the cleanup process; our arborists take extra precautions to ensure that minimal or no extra damage is caused by the cleanup process. When storm damage has been done, we can take before and after photos of the damage for customers if necessary for insurance purposes.

FRUIT TREE PRUNING

Pruning is the most common fruit tree maintenance procedure. Fruit tree pruning not only eliminates sucker growth, but it can also help with better fruit quality and production.

HABITAT POLE CREATION

When living or dead trees must be removed or shortened, Habitat Poles can be left in their stead! Hundreds of species live and thrive on dead standing trees; Insects, birds, mammals, reptiles, plants, fungus, amphibians, you name it!

We can shape the pole to have a more natural appearance, add crevices for bats and holes for birds, then let nature take its course!

Similarly but for folks with larger stands of trees, girdling or topping a tree high enough to keep it alive, can provide response growth ideal for forest creatures of all kinds. This practice is often done in clumps to mimic the die off of a group of trees that would take place from natural causes. Reach out with any questions! it is a complex system I am still learning a lot about.

CABELING, BRACING, GUYING & PROPPING

These techniques can help support and stabilize a tree that is leaning, has a low heavy branch, or has a low crotch or split.

HEDGE TRIMMING

With proper hedge maintenance, your hedges will look more aesthetically pleasing and flourish.

Hedge trimming helps maintain the shape and appropriate size for its location.
